Weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) requested for the summer season. Rentals during June, September and October have a 3 night minimum. Shorter stays may be available. Please inquire.

Each unit can accommodate 2 extra persons on a sleeper sofa at a rate of $10 per day or $55 per week.

Smoke free environment in rooms.

A 50% deposit (credit card or personal check) is required to hold your reservation. If sending a check, we will ask for a credit card number to hold your reserved dates until check is received.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a $25 service fee, regardless of cause. Every effort will be made to rebook your reserved dates. However, you will be charged (including tax) for each day that remains vacant, and this charge will be deducted from your deposit. Remaining balance, if any, will be refunded. Changing your reserved dates may be subject to above policy. Your earliest notification of cancellation is appreciated and is mutually beneficial.
